In his 20+ year career, Greg Sypolt has focused on improving quality engineering strategies, techniques, and leadership. He is currently the VP of Quality Engineering at EVERFI, where he has successfully transitioned the organization from a traditional manual testing process to an automation-first approach, coaching multiple development teams on how to build quality into every continuous integration pipeline stage. Prior to EVERFI, he successfully lead a similar quality engineering transformation at Gannett. Greg has spent most of his career solving quality assurance challenges using an engineering mindset. He shares his knowledge by speaking at software testing conferences and writing blogs to help others rethink how to approach quality excellence at scale.
