About Greg

Greg Sypolt has dedicated 25 years to the technology industry, concentrating on enhancing quality engineering strategies, techniques, leadership, productivity, and developer experience. Currently, he serves as the Senior Director of Developer Experience (DevEx) at FINRA, where he leads initiatives aimed at improving the developer experience across the organization. Prior to his role at FINRA, Greg successfully transitioned organizations from traditional manual testing to an automation-first approach. He coached multiple development teams on integrating quality into every stage of the continuous integration pipeline at EVERFI and Gannett. Throughout his career, Greg has addressed quality assurance challenges with an engineering mindset. He shares his expertise by speaking at software testing conferences and writing blogs, helping others rethink their approach to achieving quality excellence at scale.
